Why worry ?

Let go of worrying about the past. Past is gone and it will never come back. Let go of worrying about the future. Who can predict surely about the future? It is uncertain. Do not let go of this present moment. Live in the present moment with the richness and freshness it gives free.

Worrying is of no use at all and it wills saps man’s energy. . You are disturbing the smooth flow of life by distressing yourself. You have to escape from the grip of worry and come out of it for a happy and contended life style.

Deep breathing is a fine idea to let go of worry. Go to your garden or a similar place, place full of trees and flowers and take lot of deep breathes. With the deep breaths you can let go of all worrying you are keeping in your heart.

Stop comparing yourself with others. This is an another reason for worrying.

Constantly practice the habit of being happy and in joy and it will become your life. . Change your mindset from worry to merry.

Do not try to be perfect or perfectionist. Let go of this idea. Accept people as they are. Do not go to change anyone as you want. Drop all the guilty feelings in your heart. Choose the correct pattern of thoughts will support your endavour to be happy rather than worry.
